HR Operations · HRIS · Automation
I turn manual, error-prone HR workflows into reliable, self-running systems — combining deep Workday HRIS expertise with the rare ability to actually build the automation myself.
I didn't come to automation from engineering. I came to it from HR governance — working inside our core HR system every day, and noticing how many processes still sat outside it, running on email and manual effort.
Hiring, promotions, transfers, contract changes — the lifecycle ran through it, and I was inside it every day, configuring and reporting. That's where the interest started.
In HR governance I kept finding steps the system never touched — chased over email, remembered by a person, collected by hand. Every one of them could be automated. That's what made me curious.
Power Automate for the routing and reminders, Power Apps for the part people touch, SharePoint as the record. The manual step designed out — triggered on time, visible, auditable.
Every case study below opens a working, clickable prototype. Real logic, dummy data.
Recognition lost in inboxes, and HR chasing leaders over email to pick winners with no shared record.
Company-wide story nominations and voting, with transparent, quota-based selection everyone can see.
The same employee questions answered over and over, and every personal-data change routed through an HR person.
A Query Agent I took from knowledge-base review and UAT to beta and company-wide launch — ~30% employee adoption in the first month — plus a Data Management Agent letting employees update their own data through an AI-guided chat flow.
HR runs deep. These are next in the showcase as I build them out.
